HMBLL is celebrating its 57th year of youth baseball, where we are not only helping shape children for the future, but are also giving them lifelong skills for positive development that will help them grow and thrive.
What it Takes:
HMBLL takes over $180,000 annually to operate, with registration fees covering only a portion of what is needed. We rely on additional fundraising to sustain our program. Thanks to our community’s generosity, we are able to fund essential expenses like field maintenance, uniforms, equipment, umpires, clinics, and operations.

Mission
For over 50 years, Half Moon Bay Little League's mission has been to support, promote and facilitate youth baseball in the City of Half Moon Bay and its surrounding Coastside communities reaching from Montara to Pescadero. Now, more than ever, we are working hard to get children back outside and playing sports again. Let's play ball!
Needs
Our program serves more than 400 youth athletes, and continued growth requires safe, well-maintained, and accessible playing fields. We are seeking community support to fund essential field improvements that directly impact player safety, development, and program capacity. Your support will help us:
• Install double safety bases to reduce collisions and injuries
• Upgrade pitching mounds to protect young arms and improve play
• Re-level and repair fields through grading & clay restoration, eliminating hazards
• Replace anchors and home plates to ensure safe, regulation-ready fields
• Secure additional fields through community partnerships so every child can play
These improvements go beyond field upgrades—they ensure safer games, stronger development, and continued access for every athlete.
