Grant asks for your help to finish Big Wave

Grant is super excited for his new apartment at Big Wave. He thrives in social settings with friends and new people, but likes having a place of his own. He is looking forward to the supportive community while challenging his own independence. Big Wave has lots of activities and opportunities that Grant can’t wait for, but like many adults with special needs, he requires our help to create this structure for him.  We are working hard to finish fundraising for the four low income units that will help needs-based families participate in the gift of housing.

This parent-driven project wouldn’t be possible without the support of our friends and family and the greater community.  We appreciate all of your donations so much – thank you!  Big Wave is a 501©(3) nonprofit organization, with the mission of providing lifelong housing, access to opportunities and a sense of community for Bay Area adults with special needs.
