The Big Wave Center is almost ready and Xavier will be able to move into his apt. as early at June 1st!! The building is a short walk along a trail to the existing farm which Xavier has visited many times, enjoying pulling the big weeds to fill the wheel barrels.
Although the building is mostly complete and ready for residents to move in, we need help finishing essential areas, such as spaces for community events and learning as well as the scholarship apartments for families in need.
The Big Wave Center will be more than just housing, it will be a hub for adults with special needs from all over the Bay Area to learn, grow, and build friendships.
