CoastPride StaffPride

For more than five years, CoastPride has worked to address critical social justice and mental health needs on the Coastside. Thanks to your generosity and volunteer support, we have expanded LGBTQ+ visibility and resources with community spaces in Pescadero, Half Moon Bay, and Pacifica; support groups for all ages; and vibrant Pride celebrations that uplift our community.

This year marks a major milestone as we launch allcove in Half Moon Bay, a welcoming mental health and wellness space where young people ages 12–25 can drop in for counseling, peer support, substance use services, and help with education and employment. It will be a place built on belonging, dignity, and early support.

Our work is more vital than ever. Youth anxiety and depression are at historic highs, and across the country hundreds of anti-LGBTQ+ bills continue to create fear and stigma. Every day we hear from youth, parents, and healthcare providers about how essential safe spaces and affirming care truly are.

In the coming year, we will double our staff to support the new allcove center and expand CoastPride programs across the Coastside, serving more youth and families while strengthening connection, safety, and belonging.
